NV Marco De Bartoli – Terzavia – Metodo Classico – Extra Brut – Cuvée VS
- Tax included.
Terzavia Cuvée Vecchio Samperi is Marco De Bartoli's most complex Metodo Classico sparkling wine, made from Grillo in Marsala, Sicily. It follows the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle and up to 42 months resting on its lees, then adds a portion of Vecchio Samperi, an unfortified, solera-aged Grillo, blended in to bring nutty depth and a subtle oxidative character. The result is a structured, bone-dry, intensely flavoured sparkling wine that carries the imprint of Sicily's terroir rather than any Champagne blueprint. It rewards drinkers who love both classic Champagne and the richer, savoury style of oxidative wines, best poured slowly with aged cheese or simply on its own.
