A classic non-vintage Brut from Champagne Prévôteau-Jollard, a small family-run grower estate (récoltant-manipulant) based in the village of Pevy, in the Marne department of Champagne. Like most grower Champagnes, it's built from the region's three classic varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier — grown and hand-harvested on the family's own vineyards.

Tradition is the estate's entry point: an approachable, everyday Brut that shows the house style without the added complexity of a vintage or prestige cuvée.
