A classic non-vintage Brut from Champagne Prévôteau-Jollard, a small family-run grower estate (récoltant-manipulant) based in the village of Pevy, in the Marne department of Champagne. Like most grower Champagnes, it's built from the region's three classic varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, grown and hand-harvested on the family's own vineyards.

Tradition is the estate's entry point: an approachable, everyday Brut that shows the house style without the added complexity of a vintage or prestige cuvée.
