Deep concentrated ruby red. Ripe black plum and blueberry followed by sweet cooking spice such as vanilla and cinnamon. The palate has a full-bodied structure with a long finish of blackcurrant, coffee powder, and bay leaf. The wine undergoes maceration for 14 days; fermentation occurs in steel tanks and cement vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation for 6 months in used Allier barriques. Bottled without any filtration. Certified Organic.
