1. Change of Mind

  • Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • A valid receipt is required for all returns.

1.2. Refund/Exchange Process:

  • Items will be inspected for damage, including heat exposure.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

  • Exchanges for another item are also available.

2. Item Spoiled or Corked

2.1. Return Period:

  • Spoiled or corked items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

2.2. Replacement or Gift Card:

  • If an identical replacement is not available, a gift card will be issued.

  • Do not discard the product; 75% of the original contents must be present.

  • For cork closures, please bring the cork with you for returns.

  • Wines older than 10 years are not guaranteed.

  • Via Vino is not responsible for wine damage due to extreme temperatures during shipment.

5. Weather Advisory

  • Shipping during extreme temperatures is at your own risk.

  • Via Vino is not liable for wine damage due to heat or extreme cold during shipment.

6. Cancellations

  • No cancellation fees apply unless the parcel has already been shipped.

  • A returned order is any delivered order returned or declined by the buyer.
