Sangiovese is one of the most famous varieties in Italy; it can be found across the entire peninsula. It has always been renowned for its quality and distinguished character. One of the most exciting areas to grow Sangiovese is the Romagna region, where it has found the perfect micro-climate, people, and culinary tradition.

Bright ruby-red. Fresh sour cherry and red plum with hints of violets. The palate has a medium body structure with a long finish carried by raspberry and sage. The wine undergoes maceration for 12 days; fermentation occurs in steel tanks and cement vats, followed by malolactic fermentation. Certified Organic.

Tre Monti

In the early 1970s, Thea and Sergio Navecchia founded the Tre Monti winery in Emilia Romagna, marking the beginning of a revolutionary approach to winemaking. As pioneers, they introduced innovative grape varieties and elevated planting density in the vineyards, setting a new standard for the region.

With a dedication to producing exceptional wines, the Navecchia family brought in renowned enologists such as Francesco Spagnolli, Vittorio Fiore, and Donato Lanati, forming a team that focused on both business and experimental winemaking, blending French varieties with local grapes. After Sergio's passing in 1989, his children, David and Vittorio, took over, continuing his vision with unwavering passion.

Today, the winery operates across the hills of Imola and Forlì, with all wines certified organic since 2014. Tre Monti has built a reputation for excellence, garnering attention from international wine critics and becoming a benchmark for Emilia-Romagna wines.
