Cantina Berritta is a family winery located in Dorgali in Sardinia. Antonio started the business some time ago, now the two sons have joined the winery and they are keeping the winery alive - thanks to the commitment to the vines. The family is very passionate about the Dorgali area because it is rich in history and a fantastic spot to make wine with a stunning sense of place. Dorgali has a special microclimate in favor of viniculture, it's a valley not too far from the sea with a soil base on decomposed granite and limestone. The vineyards have always been trained in a traditional system using organic methods, for which they received organic certification in 2019. The wines show the best of the terroir and they are made from the most traditional varieties as Cannonau (Grenache).
Bright compact ruby, medium concentrate. Ripe red plum, strawberry, raspberry, rosemary, and toasted sensation. Rich palate with well-integrated tannin. Long finish led by red cherry and raspberry, oregano, and cedar. Fermentation in stainless steel and aged in a wooden barrel for 12 months. Certified Organic
