Prologo Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Superiore Extra Dry - 2020
Prologo is traditional Prosecco combining the vivid acidity with a slight residual sugar, creating an off-dry style. It is a wine that can be drunk throughout the day, simply as an aperitif, or at the end of your meal if you look for something light and fresh with a bit of sugar on the palate.
Marchiori is a small family business in the stunning hills of Valdobbiadene, part of the UNESCO Heritage. On these steep hills, the vineyards are planted with the original grape varieties used to produce Prosecco: Glera Tonda, Glera Lunga, Perera, Bianchetta, and Verdisio. The wine production follows the tradition of blending and co-fermenting these grapes together. Each one of them brings his exclusive personality to the final wine.
Star bright straw yellow with silver variations. Fresh nose with white pear, apple, citrus blossom scent, and white bread tone. The palate is delicate with a dry finish with juicy pear and pink grapefruit.
The wines are fermented with the tank method (Method Charmant).
