Eventually, she donated the winery to a charity association which handed out the winery to Raffaella Veroli, oenologist and member of the association working together with Davide Gaeta - her professor at the university. They both kept alive the dream of Franca to make an outstanding winery in the legendary Valpolicella area. The winery is located in the Classico sub-zone in the commune of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella Loc. Conca d'Oro. The winery focuses on the production of classic wines based on the local varieties, such as Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Recioto and the iconic Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.
