Anablà Vino Frizzante Biologico - 2021
Tre Monti winery started in the 70s with Thea and Sergio Navacchia. Today, David and Vittorio, the children, are looking after the winery's daily tasks. A true Italian family business. Initially, they were seen as revolutionary people because they started lowering the yields in the vineyards in order to be more focused on the quality of the grapes rather than the quantity. Tre Monti is producing wines from local varieties such as Albana and Sangiovese but they are keen on using other varieties like Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Classic wines expressing the style of the area are made from these varieties but trying also their macerated wines is a must!
- Colour: Straw-coloured yellow, slightly cloudy
- Bouquet : Characteristic, recalls the albana grape. It is easy to recognize the yeast
- Palate: Fresh and fruity, lively and foamy with final sensation of cleaness
- Food suggestion: Aperitif, “piadina” bread with salami, “italian pasta”
Straw yellow colour, slightly cloudy (due to the bottle fermentation and sediments) with a fresh and fruity, very juicy palate, lively and foamy. Clean finish.
